Hey there all i live in gold bar, wa I just traides my sabre in on a roadliner and i can tell it was the best thing i could have done.. I am suprised that there are not very many members or that the site is not very busy but then it came to me everyone on a star is out for a ride and not at the computer..

New to the V Star but bought a 2008 V-Star 250 last evening. I was impressed how the little engine performed and I think it is the most beautiful of the 250's. I live in the hilly Pittsburgh area of PA with all its twisty nice roads. I have an hour ride to work and an hour ride home on twisty, hilly roads cause I hate the expressway especially on a bike. And I will enjoy the summer months, and paying for this bike with all the fuel I won't be paying for. I understand this little jewel will give me about 70 mpg.

My other steed is an '82 vintage Honda CM450c. It weighs about 100 lbs more than this V Star 250, and feels a world different.
