Default Sudden Back Pain When Riding

I was riding my Warrior yesterday, and everything was going smoothly. Then out of nowhere I got some sharp shooting pains in my back. I don't know if it has to do with the motorcycle or just that I twisted wrong or something. The pain has significantly decreased, but I still got a dull ache. What do you think it is?

Since it came on so suddenly I would look to maybe something you did at home, work, etc to strain it. You may have strained yourself without realizing and riding aggravated it and brought it to the surface. When I get back pain from riding it usually develops slowly over the course of a couple hours.

Had you been riding it for longer than usual? You could have a pinched nerve or something that was hit just right when you went over a bump. I'd have it looked at too just to be on the safe side.

Have you had prior problems with your back before? If you have, then even the smallest movement could trigger spasms and I'm speaking from experience. Hope you're feeling better.

I'd say you need a work out to tone your back muscles, my friend. Maybe its more than the back muscles that needs some toning too. Try walking or running sometimes. It relieves the back strain.

I worry you did some wrong movement. Warrior is made for riders who cannot quite commit to cruiser or sportbike. I think this bike is quite ergonomic. You should do some stretching before riding.
