Default Tips on how to choose a bike??

Hello guys,

I am planning to get a new bike & was wondering if you guys could help me choose one. I will be using it mainly for inter-city travel & just the occasional trip during the weekend. I have the RoadStar in mind. Could you give some more tips?

I am having the same issue and its hard, honestly I thought it would be pretty simple. My husband likes classic bikes and I like "crotch rockets", I still respect all bikes but right now I am looking around. I think the last time I did this, the best deal we could find local was an older model CBR.

Have you had a chance to take some bikes out for a test ride to see what you like? The one thing I'd recommend is to always have a minimum engine size in mind and then go up to the next size and you'll be happy. But the real way to find out what you like, after reading the specs, is to give it a ride.

It must be buy a bike season. I think it's the perfect time, just going out of season you can find a great deal.
I'm looking at several bikes from Yamaha to Harley. I prefer the "crotch rockets" too.
I'd say just keep test driving bikes until you find something that you like and is in your price range. Good luck!

It depends on your preference. Choose the one that make you feel not only comfortable but also great . I myself like the classic and fat ones. A Harley will be my first choice.
