Default Riding at night

What are your thoughts about riding at night. I don't like to ride at night because I figure if motorists can't see me during the day, then I'm worse off at night.

I'm not a night rider either. I just don't feel as safe as I do in the daytime. If I'm out at night I want to be in a vehicle not on a bike. I think people can see me, I just don't like the thought of not being able to see deer and other things on the road.

I love riding at night. Yes I get limited sight at night, but it doesn't really matter because I am not a fast rider. I enjoy riding but not speeding.

I actually think it is easier to see a rider at night just because you have lights on. I enjoy riding at night. I find it very relaxing.

As long as you are extra alert, careful and have to proper safety equipment, it is better than riding under the hot sun. The night view is as beutiful too.

I agree with Mcdunn - it's safer at night because of the headlights. I feel more comfortable at night becuase of the lights, but I also agree with Backrider and I think it's better than being out during the day with the sun beating down on me.

It would depend where I would be riding, in town out/of town. And really what town. I have lived some places I would never drive at night and some places that have less traffic and it keeps me a little more at ease.

I don't like riding at night either, but I take precautions if I do. I have a blinking reflector I put right under the tail light, just incase no one is able to see me. I ride more careful at night.
