Default rear master cylinder relocation

I have an ork on my bike and just recently added a cobra 2 into 1 system. Now, the rear master cylinder won't go back where it came from. I have read a couple of articled on relocating it and it looks pretty easy. Has anyone done this? It appears that you have to turn the valve from where it comes out of the brake line. Any tricks to this? I don't want to break that little thing off!!!
Any advice on this would help, Thanks
