When you get a new bike, what is the first customization you just have to get done asap? I always have to lower the bike and then I add a custom seat and have the handle bars modified.

Lowering the bike would also be at the top of my list as I am pretty short. lol

My dad recently added an awful windshield to his bike. Still not quite sure what he was hoping for but it's ugly!

Windshields are handy, they keep the bugs off and the rain back a little but I agree they are just awfully ugly! I would not ever put one on my bike. I'd rather deal with the issues of not having one lol.
